Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. Convenient location near popular attractions and restaurants.- Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
Snow clearing could be improved. Had a small problem at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.

This place offers an acceptable bathroom with a shower, a great breakfast selection, and convenient proximity to the airport as well as being only a 30-minute car ride to Washington.

This hotel is in the perfect location for anyone visiting the Steubenville area, especially if you're attending events at Franciscan University of Steubenville. It's conveniently located just down the hill from the university, making it easily accessible. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the complimentary breakfast at Damon's is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provides a convenient and enjoyable stay for visitors in the Steubenville area.
It would be even more enjoyable if the hotel had a larger elevator to accommodate more guests at one time.

Clean and modern rooms with fresh smell, and convenient location close to a university. There is a lovely outdoor pool area, and the hotel serves a hot buffet breakfast with plenty of options. the room had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and housekeeping provided coffee and other condiments.
The hotel's wifi was not the strongest, and there's not much to do in the surrounding area. the ceilings in the hallways are low which could be a problem for tall people.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-appointed rooms. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any inconvenience, even apologizing for things beyond their control. The location was perfect, located directly on the university campus, making it easily walkable. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of hot buffet items that were fresh and tasty.
Everything was okay.
